Tried on a date with 9 candles…the bottle described the vineyard the wine originated from in New Zealand as being in-between mountains. It reminded me of the mountains in New Zealand that have the snow and ice on them. When the sun comes out and it warms up, the snow and ice melt. So with this wine, when you put it in your mouth, it’s like the snow and ice melting in your mouth. But then, once it has ‘melted’ in your mouth it has a bitter after-taste; not the bitter taste like a beer, but enough to say “Ahh, that’s a wine.”
You will need to google where to find this wine sorry!
