Smooth and a little bit of a tang at the back of the mouth. But with a hearty lot of ribs slightly charred, you don’t know the tang from the wine. It’s also sweet and sour like a warhead, but without the sour cringe on the tongue a warhead gives. Enjoyable & reasonably priced. The little bitterness on the tongue at the end is nothing to worry about.
You can buy this for around $10 according to Vivino, but does not seem to be stocked at Dan Murpheys.
